- The user is responsible for providing accurate personal and contact details when placing an order.
- The rental conditions, including price, deposit amount (if any), payment type, insurance, etc., depend on the selected partner company and are specified before the booking is confirmed.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Most of our partners offer free cancellation in advance (usually 48–72 hours before the start of the rental). Specific refund conditions are indicated when making a booking. RentCarFy is not responsible for the refund policy of a particular supplier.
4. Liability
- RentCarFy is not responsible for the quality, condition, technical serviceability or any other aspects of the rented car – all responsibility lies with the company providing the car.
- We are not responsible for delays, refusal to rent, additional fees or other unforeseen circumstances related to the actions of third parties.

All materials posted on the site (texts, logos, photos, site structure, etc.) are the property of RentCarFy or are used on legal grounds. Copying, distribution or use of materials without the written permission of the owner is prohibited.
